Oh, my. Well, thanks everyone. So nice to feel welcome. Like a parade, really makes me giggle.

Much appreciated.

Actually, I am not sure I'm "back" really. Was here looking at the "rife" thread and saw a few posts to try to nudge my brain for an answer.

then excavating of the house behind my back apt. deck. Whole new driveway - and more. Two weeks.

Only place to hide was in my computer closet "den"

That finished yesterday. This morning, earth movers roll in under my bedroom window . . . concrete cutting the parking spaces.

I've not been out of apt in a week or I might have seen the painted markings on the surface.

At lunch, now, I think they are. And my brain, heart, insides are just fried.

Interestingly, all this time, past 2 weeks have been critical to get some forms completed. Just could not do it. Today, was hoping.

I have found that trying to "answer puzzles" here, calling on memory and typing skills just does not translate to making brain work to fill out forms. I really think a different part of brain does that.

And, I learn more and more about light waves and eyes . . . the light has to be just right . . . or no form-filling-in at all. About a 83.78 cloud cover, I think.

Anyway, my jello-ed self must get ready to crawl back under couch in a few minutes with my lovely Bose noise cancellation headset (a life saver but they really can't do what I need).

Probably the entire parking lot (190 apts here, so it's big) will be resurfaced in the coming days. Two seasons in my state: rain; then . . . destroy and rebuild.

On the good side, I'm also trying to get to where I can actualize verbalized what various kinds of sound waves and vibrations DO to a body. I know we cannot see them . . . but they are all a force, with probably hundreds of variables.

NOVA should come and talk to me. My body could probably give their sensors a lot of information that others seem oblivious to. (can I end on a preposition?)

Yes...good to see K. back.

Just in time to explore yet another mitochondrial "helper".

PQQ with CoQ10.

Much preferred over lithium which also triggers mitochondrial biogenesis.

Gotta have the powerhouses to make a lot more ATP to drive Mg back in...
