I have become very EMF and MCS sensitive.
I have tried everything the Dr's have given me and it only seems to be getting worse. I am seeing a Dr. that treat MCS, but have not had any luck so far.

I am very MCS sensitive and have benefited from sweating out in FIR saunas.
I also got tested for 250 substances via patches put on my back by an industrial dermatologist and we found the main culprit - formaldehyde! Which is in so many things. So that's another idea, to get some testing done.
Another idea is to do the 23andme genetics test for methylation - it will show whether you have any enzyme defects preventing you from methylating - causing speed-up in reactions and also inability to clear substances. I think they will now interpret results for you.
Then a knowledgeable doctor needs to know the methylation cycles and how to start boosting them. I have such a doctor.
Also, I think people here know of a guy who's connected with a Ministry of Life (?) who advises people how to treat once they have their results. Not sure who that is - you would need to ask here.
Other people know about EMFs. If you want to pm me, I could provide some emails to folks who could probably guide you re dealing with that.

I have a Sauna, but it is really hard on me to use. My body cannot seem to tolerate it anymore.
