Please feel free to share this information.

The Lyme Disease Workbook

By Anita Bains, MS, RN & Tracy Middleton, LCSW-C

Quote- "While the debate about the existence and management of chronic Lyme disease continues to rage on, effective diagnosis and treatment seem to be completely out of reach.

Now for the first time comes an integrative and comprehensive workbook that will teach you powerful self-help techniques for directing your recovery and getting you on the path to wellness.”

Personal Note- Several years ago I attended a local support group meeting where this information was shared and the actual technique was presented by one of the authors- Ms. Anita Bains.

There were approximately 30+/- people in attendance. It appeared all were very interested in the topic and some - a good percentage- saw immediate benefits.

I know these ladies have been working on this book for several years to “get it right" and the reviews I’ve seen from highly regarded experts in our field have also been positive.

Haven't read the book yet - just browsed the site and I'd say yes, and.

Because part of this is getting one's thoughts lined up to deal with this.

After that, we need to be working with good doctors.

We may need genetic testing to see if we have a hard time detoxing, or genetic difficulty clearing mold, etc -

in other words, not everything is psychological in dealing with Lyme and co's and I wouldn't want to see people feeling worse because they were doing EFT technique and wondering why they didn't have better results.

With this fog and fatigue, that sounds like way too much work. Can I get one that's already filled out?!
