That is what they believe right now. Warning on adopting cats from NY shelters for now.
Why do ID ducks wait till after something happens before addressing the situation? A 5th grader could have seen this coming. I did. ~smile~
And they need to stop, along with the CDC, saying something can't happen with no proof it can't. Like giving out the wrong info about what ticks carry what diseases and where. Like it is the gospel.
It is like they want to be wrong! But they only "discover it" after many have suffered. Then the ID ducks have to walk around with egg on their faces and eat crow each time they are wrong, which may be why they won't admit they were wrong.

I always think about that scene from the movie WOLFMAN.... when he tries so hard to tell the drs that he will "change" during the full moon and they set him in front of the medical staff for a lecture and he turns into the wolfman and kills them all....
they will never admit wrong.
