Excellent article linked below that all patients and their families should read! Packed full of good, solid info on mental health issues and more.
It is in an easy to understand format, or as I typically say… it is so simple even a doctor can understand it.
The article was written by a very dedicated psychotherapist from Canada- Lori Dennis. She is doing some really good work as an advocate educating others (in addition to her regular work).
I’ve heard she is active on Facebook and Twitter too.
She also authored a new book some of you may be familiar with, called Lyme Madness. Check it out- the link is below. (I haven’t had a chance to read it yet.)

This author writes beautifully about what we all know too well. I can't wait to read her book.
She sounds like an amazing mother and psycho-therapist. I pray that she will get through to other mental health professionals. I am so grateful for people like her!
