for me it's both, not sure which one is causing the most problems. wish I had the energy to go to new mexico to see if it made a difference like it did for her.

I don't know yet, hopefully I found out soon how much histamine plays a role. I can't generally tolerate any aged foods, have a million food sensitivities, and lately have started experiencing flushing after eating.
I can certainly relate to some of what she writes about though, just to a milder degree. I've often wondered if I've been in water damaged buildings ever since I was a teenager.
