Good news ! ❤️

Past week's been phenomenal.

Just completed month 7 of aggressive treatment.

After 2 new tick bites, 1 in May, 1 in June, that caused a 34 day bedbound relapse, I m happy to report I'm back to being at 50% pre-Lyme status. If you guys remember, I was at that point after month 6. Fought my way back.

Still am dealing with IC pain.

I added weight training at local gym that offered free 3 day trial. I loved it ! So my friends pitched in and paid for a full year's membership. Bless their hearts, really nice friends.
I could only now add it to my protocol because I was physically able to do it.

Today, a buddy and I walked around a state park.Incredible ! I absorbed the awe of beauty nature provides, to breathe slowly and experience the sights, sounds and smells of life and living.

Lyme was not invited.

I'm back baby and I'm fierce. Keep treating. Keep fighting.
We can do this Lyme warriors. 💚 Gratitude. ❤️

It's about freaking time BbA!

I didn't think I was going to make it watching you be in so much pain and so darn miserable!

[lol]

Good to know! Glad you are having a good week! You deserve it.

Now, when you crash again be SURE to have how good you felt this week etched strongly in your mind. You'll need it to hang on to when the bad hits again.

Remember this please... there is nothing more depressing- in my mind- than to finally feel good and then crash. Seriously depressing.

BUT- now you know you CAN feel better and it will help you make it through!

[group hug]
