Per Hungarian researcher Thomas Janossy: Activated charcoal is good for us. A Russian study involving activated charcoal in the drinking water of rats caused them to live 40% longer than the control group!
His explanation - detox the bone marrow where stem cells are made, and stem cell production with longer telomeres increases. Interesting.
Says activated charcoal reduces inflammation bodywide, heals leaky gut, controls pathogenic bacteria, increases gut absorption, controls malarial symptoms (and babesia is similar to malaria).
I take Takesumi activated charcoal per my doc.
