- Remember,
This coming Saturday night, as we shift into real autumn to welcome winter, set scale back 10 lbs.
Isn't that how it works? -

TG! I wondered how I was going to lose this last 10 lbs?
These darn new tech digital scales won't let you roll back.
So I guess I will sleep that extra hour and keep plugging away at that 10.

I stepped on the scales this morning - I've gained 5 lbs..........
So I like the idea of setting it back 10 lbs!!!

- MannaMe,
It's the autumn winds, I hear. When my body feels the autumn winds, I puff up with my very own inner down coat, so to speak. Don't ya think?
Like the film, "Chocolate" the autumn winds can be mighty powerful, indeed. And, by the way, that film gave me the permission to enjoy chocolate -- after finding very good 80% / 88% dark from Equal Exchange.
The very little sugar they use is also from a less processed method and I think that also matters. And at that high a number, a little is all I really want. -
