How can the CDC state there is no Lyme in Texas, one reported case in Alabama, and none in Oklahoma or Louisiana?
You guys down south are getting blasted !

- Consider the source: the CDC has been out to lunch in, oh, so many dozens of ways.
Also consider that many states that are "lyme hostile" keep their numbers low by ignoring it all & don't participate in all the surveys (ticks, infections, people with tick illness . . . )
Better source for Texas - and other states, just find the group for you - be certain they are "ILADS minded"
& a site that you posted elsewhere a couple days ago: Texas lights up for various tick borne infections. Dog doctors know more than the CDC, in this regard.
