The winter Olympics may be over, but the exercise thread is always here--ready to hear what you can do whether it is walking, vacuuming, wheeling, weeding, sitting at the beach, swimming, etc.
Slept in and then am doing usual Sunday chores--some cooking and some laundry.
The sun is shining today--first time in a week.
Walked outside 22 minutes. First walk outside in about a month. Felt so good to be out in the sunshine.
Have a great week!

I hope the rest of your day went well, hiker!
I'm tired! We had a lunch that was loaded with salt. It was at a "good" restaurant and we were both displeased.
We took naps when we got home and then I went to Kohl's to return a blouse, then on to WalMart for groceries.
Watching the closing ceremonies for the Olympics now. We have to go for our dental appointments tomorrow, so I will be out all day.
Hope I get some good rest tonight. Gotta get up early.

Thanks for getting us going Hiker. Kudos on the walk today. Wish is was nice here but it was rainy so we stayed home. Had a nice leisurely day and took time off from my exercise routine. We also watched the Olympic closing ceremonies. They were awesome!
Hitting the hay so see everyone tomorrow!

Hi guys. I bet you feel you to get that walk in hiker.
Hope you guys feel better soon tutu. I don't eat perfelt at home but there are only a few things in a few restaurants I dare eat. Experimenting. Even when trying hard has ended me in the hospital many times. Well in er anyway
A k your muscles probably can use the rest. Do you know that after a muscle works it is affected for 48 hrs? Its usually growing and getting stronger. Getting rid of lactic acid so you don't get sore. That's why ppl often work upper body one day and lower body the next.
Walking isn't like that cuz its pretty gentle for most ppl...but your DVD s sound tuff!
Can you tell I was a pe teacher for 30 yrs? I just don't want you to get hurt
So I'm still dragging. It feels more emotional than physical...but the result is I'm not doing much. Esp with the house messes
I hate it like this too. I think the mess in the house is a reflection of the mess in my brain. I hope it doesn't take 7 weeks to clean it up like it did to get the taxes done
I'm embarrassed to have someone help. The last person that cleaned for me is living in a moldy cellar...the organizer lady from 2 yrs ago started scooping everything up and stashing it...but then I can't find stuff when I need it. In the beginning she labeled it.
So I don't dare have them back and I'm Leary of trying someone new...I'm afraid they will be smelly and contaminate my house
Just 2 weeks ago I found a few pieces of clothing I missed when I cleaned after dryer sheet Christmas...
I still haven't taken the chair the kids gave me out of plastic. I'm so afraid it picked up dryer sheet smell...and it was so comfortable....my plan is when we have a bunch of dry sunny days in a row I will set it on patio and pray.
So...I couldn't get moving saturday. I think being in the house paralyzed me. But I did some errors
I drove to Maine...about 20 miles to where I buy good apples from the orchard...and they usually have good veggies. This time it was only carrots and a turnip
Then I went another 5 miles to a lady that lends for me. I lost her number and was embarrassed to stop by without calling but she was there and very friendly
I've known her about 10 yrs now.
A few yrs ago her husband died. And she has 3 kids...2 fighting cancer. The son has 2 kids and is ok for now
The daughter with 4 kids died a year ago
So we sat on the sunny porch on this winter day and talked for over an hour
She's a ruff old fashioned Maine lady and it really surprised me when she brought up oxalates and gmo s and toxins....and described mcas sx....altho she didn't say anything about mc as.
It was really good for me...I didn't get sick at all on her porch...I'm so afraid to go anywhere
The visiting was really good for me...even tho we discussed sad things
After that I headed home with a detour to the beach so Etta could have a walk...it was probably only 10 min
Then headed home...finally picked up my doxy
So I did get some movement in sat
Yesterday I had such good intentions...but not much got done at all
I'm trying again today. I know some is depression and facing the fact I will have to be isolated forever probably...it doesn't seem likely laws will be passed to stop the smelly toxins in my lifetime
I'm so glad for you guys...and a few fb friends...all my siblings and 3 of my kids have pretty much disappeared from my life
I think about volunteering and stuff...but the smells! Plus I can barely walk
Oh well. I hope something happens and I get an attitude change
Maybe spring.

Oh. I forgot. The reason I went to the mending lady in Maine was to take her some cotton camisoles I bought. It took months to find ones I didn't react to. My insurance will pay for special bras for after my surgery but the shop for them is in a city with traffic. Its been over a year and I'm still afraid to drive there.
So the main lady is fixing the cami s with pockets for my inserts....

lp--Sounds you like a good visit in Maine.
Went to drop off forms at MD for handicapped placard renewal. They now charge for this. I fill out everything and he signs it. Receptionist said it takes time out of his day. I politely reminded her that if she ever needed a teacher to fill out a form there might be a charge, because it takes time out of my day. Grrr.
Knee hurting again after only walking 2 days in a row, so will give it a rest.
Tutu--Hope dental appointments went well.

Up about 8:00 and did my ab and leg DVDs. Went to the Y for water aerobics and swam about 20 minutes afterwards. Hit the steam room and shower then home to pick up Mom. We've been running errands all day and just got home around 6:00.
I bought a new hypoallergenic pillow and hope it'll be comfy.
Thanks for all the exercise advice Kayak. I do abs 5-6 days a week but my DVDs have 3 different workouts for abs and buns/legs. So they're different every day working different areas. I seem to be ok but am having trouble with the shoulder in aqua aerobics. BTW, I'm glad we have each other too!
Seems like Docs charge for just about everything now Hiker. I'm super fortunate to have a wonderful allergist that doesn't charge for extra stuff. They filled out a form and faxed it so I can get Epipens for free! I'm going to MercyMed for my GP appointments since I no longer have health insurance and they seem helpful too. They recommend certain churches in the area which I'm taking a look at.
Hope TuTu is OK.
See you all tomorrow!

I'm OK .. just tired. It's a long trip for us old folks.
LP .. Sounds like a nice visit with your friend in Maine! It was well worth the time and effort it took.
My teeth are doing better than I feared. I kept getting pain in a few of them, but they checked out. I had a little bit of plaque that got in my gum near one of them, so that is why it was bothering me.
I didn't get much of a nap when we got back. I was hoping to get about 45 minutes (so I would still be able to sleep tonight) .. but the phone woke me up and I got a headache from it. It's finally getting better now.
hiker .. Sorry to hear about your knee. So has it been evaluated yet? I don't remember.
I liked your response about teaching! HA! The forms we had to fill out!
AK .. Just take care of your muscles, OK? I'm glad you are able to get the care you need, even without insurance. May it stay that way!!

I just had another eye attack and really couldn't see for awhile. This time I used my mc as drops and lied down and it was ok in about 7 min.
I have call into eye doc about his drops giving me crusties the day after I use them but he hasn't gotten back to me
I did chop an onion a couple hours ago...if its that Idk why it waited to bother me
Its sunny and nice. I took Etta out for a walk...had my mask with me but wind was blowing mold away from us...it was beautiful...then we turned corner and got hit with dryer sheets. I couldn't get home fast enough I told Etta we will go to beach tomorrow
I need to get motivated to do a project. Last night I figured out budget for next year and it is finally looking reasonable since I don't have to do much to house. It also helps to only have one car.
I was surprised food was as low as it was because I ate out during construction and then switched to organic more than i was
The big house project is scheduled for May and should be under $5000. Then house is done. Inside and out. All new energy efficient windows
I 'll finally be able to start emergency fund again. Every time I start it gets used up...
Hope that knee gets better hiker
You other 2 seem to be doing ok
I still need to schedule dentist and podiatrist but want to finish up eyes first
I just tried to sign up for Amazon channels cuz my data life company took channels away...but I couldn't figure it out
Wow...Maine lady called and my stuff is done! If my eyes get better I can go get stuff. She told me she's working at the 'sugar house' now...making maple syrup
Ok. I guess I better go. Take care.

Washed and changed bedding for Mom, made an apple salad, washed grapes and lettuce. Made fried rice for dinner.
Waiting for Josh to join us for dinner.
I'd love to go to Maine! Bet you live in a beautiful area Kayak.
I've really got to get my teeth cleaned also TuTu. Hope I can go in March.
Hope your knee holds up Hiker!

Hey, gang! I've had a busy day. Went to church council meeting this morning. I won't go into a tirade, but our church secretary runs "air poisoners" in the office.
She smelled so strongly that she (and her guard dog) stunk up the whole meeting room. Since we usually meet at night, it's usually not a problem. GAG me. (The meeting room is about 40 ft from the office)
Ran some errands later, then spent 3 hours taking an online course for Operation Christmas Child. Whew!
Now I'm off to do my Bible study work for tomorrow at 1 pm.
I also worked on finding a good healthcare plan for my husband. He's been on my teacher retirement plan, but they started charging him far too much.
I'll finalize all of that tomorrow.

Wow tutu. You have been busy! Whew is right
Ak you too.
I don't know how you guys do it
I'm depressed about constant chemical hits. Its more than annoying. I went thru being mad about it. But I'm running out of ideas on how to avoid it
I'm pretty sure my eyes are from the papers all over the house. I figured out a way to file in small plastic totes with covers. And I bought goggles to wear over my glasses
Instead of ring binders I have 3 little totes...no file folders tho. They get moldy quick. I'm just paper clipping groups together
I can't use the hole puncher any more or open and close the ring binders so I figured I better find another way
I'm keeping 2 ring binders with stuff I rarely have to file
So I went to the mending lady and my stuff looked great. I told her I would bring her more next week. But when I got home I realized all the stuff had picked up the sweet smell. It didn't bother me to sit on her porch but when I went in I could smell it. From the bags you bring groceries home in I think. She told me the other day she didn't use dryer sheets
I soaked them and washed them but won't know if that got the smell out
My life is getting smaller and smaller....it makes me very sad. I keep trying to be creative to fix it...but all I can do is lock myself in house and not let anyone in
My skin has been itching and burning more and more and I try to ignore it but I can't
If I can't figure this out I don't know what I will do

Kayak .. Maybe we need to talk on the phone so we can figure out if you are being constantly exposed to something you are eating or using that is pushing you over the limit.
The smell should eventually come out of the clothes. Use baking soda.
She probably still uses scented laundry soap.

Wednesday-Ab and bun DVDs then off to the Y by 8:00 for 30 minutes of very slow laps and a 50 minute aquafit class.
Today I'm going to be getting ready for the trip to Atlanta for my Mom's procedure. My Mom is all packed and I'm not. We're still not sure if it'll be an overnighter but we'll pack as if it is. Me, Mom and her BFF will spend the night if necessary and my brother, Carl, and Josh are just coming up for the procedure.
Please pray for my Mom!
TuTu-Sounds like you've been busy! Sure hope you can find a good health insurance plan for your hubby.
Kayak-Does that ozone machine that you have help with the smells in your house? My little ionizer went kaput and I sure do miss it. I used to itch so bad and once I started my MCAD treatment it's helped me tremendously. Also my psoriasis has gotten so much better.
Anyways gang I'm off to find something to bake for our road trip.

Ak--Saying prayers for safe travels and for your mom's procedure. So glad she has you plus Carl and Josh.
Went to energy healer today for first time since early December. We went over all my supplements and detox meds.
Goal is to gradually eliminate nanozeolite over the next few weeks. I have really reduced it, but think I have gotten dependent on it, so may have some withdrawal.
Also cutting amount of zinc in half--worried about copper deficiency and zinc toxicity.
Will keep Pekana products and teas.
She looked at my eyes while doing the healing and said the laser holes in the irises were still there but the right one was not as open as before, so will have that check at next eye appointment in June.
Off to grade a few papers and then go to bed.

hiker i dont understand that about the eyes. is it good or bad to have the holes and open or closed?
im learning more about eyes now. until a month ago my biggest trouble was getting branches in them when riding. well babs gave me pain too and ive had dry eyes a lot. and floaters. but nothing as bad as not being able to see or as scary as cataract surgery aand glaucoma
tutu ty for being concerned. i have been thinking about the eyes a ot and also the papers.
most of papers are gone but i got out old mold testing and the one mold that they saw here the most...but it wasnt very much at all...but it can cause eye infections and sinus troubles and a bunch of other stuff
i had been planning on retesting house for mold soon...its been 5 yrs and i never see or smell any but its not that expensive and i cant see a lot of places esp the attic so i thought i would check regulary after reading about eye infections i got motivated and did it today and even got it mailed...so i should have results in 2 weeks
i have been letting it get dusty so i could get good samples so now i am motivated to get the rest of the papers put away and i think i will take a chance and hire the last cleaning person...even tho she is living in mold...to dust
its very hard for me to dust...but if i go slow and pace myself i can vacume...so that way she wont have to be here too long
i also finally checked air cleaner filters...and they were really bad...i dont understand where the dust is coming from there never was this much for the first time ever i saw some on hepa filters...and one might have even had mold growing...it was white tho...but i did test it
either way i will have to replace hepas on that machine...they are expensive but it has been 3-4 yrs...so hopefully deep cleaning the house and cleaning and replacing the filters ... after getting rid of papers hopefully will help
a mold allergy infection is how eye doc described what he saw so if i end up with a mold test with that mold it might help him figure out how to treat it so far 4 drops havent worked...altho they do sometimes make me better for awhile...so it might be stopping exposure and drops for a little while will help
a k there are mixed ideas about ozone with the sweet burning chemical toxins some say it makes it worse...i dont remember it ever helping me....i tried for a year with that red recliner chair ...that was a lot of ozoning
for sure on clothes that have only been exposed a short time baking soda soak and wash in a little dr bronners sensitive soap and rinse in vinegar water and then 2 more rinses is what workes the best
the mending is still soaking it will be washed soon and then i will know
so the tree guy came today...he was very nice. 400 to cut it down another 400 to take it away. hes emailing me report and then i have to figure out how to bring it to attention of land owners so they know it is a problem.
hopefully they will just cut it down its in a wooded lot with wild life...they will like it no reason to remove it
but he told me to take good pics and if landowners are not rreceptive i might have to have a lawyer write letter with copy of report...
im afraid to tell my home owneres ins because they might put my rates up or drop me like the last time twice that happened
well hope the trip and procedure goes well a k
your mom must feel very loved with all of you with her
hiker i hope the changes help...i put off my knees for a very long time...the first 2 surgeries i had on each were laproscopic and i only missed a few days of work nothing compared to replacement..but they gave me pain relief for awhile and the surgeon got to see what was going on and so he was able to make a plan
my first surgeries were in my late 30s...so since you are starting so much later and you arent heavy like me i think it should be a pretty easy procedure ... they can tell a lot from mri too
after the tree guy etta and i went to beach for 4 hours i had a lot of ball of foot pain so couldnt really walk much but with cane i got on rocks to sit and she has long leash so explored a lot. there was a stron east wind and tide was coming in so refreshing..
we have big storm comeing fri to sat snow to rain then 35-50 mph winds full moon too so they will have bad flooding at the beach
ok gonna relax with some tv i think im crawling out of my blah feeling

Ak .. many prayers for safe travels and for your mom's care!!
hiker .. That is good that you went over your supplements. Lowering the zinc is probably a good idea. All of this can get pretty complicated!
LP .. What's this about a tree? Your neighbor's tree? Maybe I missed something earlier on this.
Hope you don't have established mold there.
I'm off to the city tomorrow. Gotta get my Vit D levels checked and see the acupuncturist.
I'm hungry for a good salad. I usually get one there after my appointment.
---I did get the insurance plan taken care of...whew---
Sleep well, everyone!

These diseases are so weird. Salad is the only thing I can't digest. I crave them all the time
Slow start. I had to try to sleep on daybed in living room cuz my whole bedroom was full of wet laundry. I turned on dehumidifier and it dried it pretty goid. But I couldn't sleep well. I was xtra sore from walking on rocks at beach. I shouldn't do that again. Too many close calls.
I had to collect all the laundry at 3 a m and throw it on daybed so I could sleep
Didn't want to get up at 9 but storm tomorrow sounds bad so I have to get some things done today
I hope I can get a box of goodies from local bakery to give to neighbors. They are traveling to service for mom who passed. Too bad it is on storm day. Its a 90 min drive
My glasses are ready! It should be quick in and out of smelly place. I'm thinking of trying to find an old trenchcoat to wear when I gave to go into places like that. So I only have to wash the coat...not everything else I am wearing
Its been so warm. I can gear a million birds outside
Oh. The tree. Yes. There is a dead tree...I think elm...on the property line. Leaning toward my house...bedroom. Bath and all my wires.
Its not a neighbors land with a house...just a lot. Owned by a big company that is putting in a development
I've been told I will be better off to formally make them aware of the tree. In case it falls. Then damage won't have to be paid by my ins and make my rates go up
So I'm getting 2 written estimates...and probably have to hire a lawyer to write a letter
Oh man. I'm back in bed. I haven't even gotten supps in yet
Just so tired all the time. And so much pain
But I have to deal with aircleaners and dust...and want to get glasses and goodies for neighbors
I can't even talk intelligently about supps anymore. I study them before I decide to add them and I know what a few are doing...but I can't remember all of them. I have a note in the 2 shoebox size totes I keep them in
I'm in my first week of new thyroid supp. I marked on calendar to start raking my temp. Again in a week. Last week it was real low again. 95.3. Not as bad as 93.1...but still. Too low and primary refuses armour cuz tag is normal.
I'm getting so tired of the ignorance. It really seems like we are being attacked.
I'm so scared what will happen to grand daughter when they give her gardicil

I'm back. Waiting for neighbor to come home to give her goodies. There was an open space right in front of bakery! I could not believe that.
I got glasses...I can see way better but I don't like the dark frames at all. I have never been very stylish
And I got my senna tea. And gas. And Etta got some energy out barking at every one
She has gotten braveenough to jump in the back on my bed. She does it at every light and barks like crazy to tell all the cars around us to get away
She also goes nuts When the guy is pumping gas. I only need gas about once a month so I let myself go to the one place that pumps it for you
Sounds like things went good with ak!

AK--Glad your mom could come right back home. Nothing like your own bed.
lp--I bet you look great in your glasses. Glad you can see!
Am burdened with a lot of grading this week. A lot of it is on the computer which takes me longer, but sure is easier to read than messy handwriting.
My body is going through withdrawal from zinc and nanozeolite. I cut the zinc in half and went cold turkey on the nanozeolite.
Began reading things I didn't like about zeolite--worried about an uptake of aluminum in the body. However, now my muscles twitch and I just feel crummy.
I am sure this will pass in a few days.

The tree... I do remember your telling us about it a long time ago. Good to get an estimate and a letter to them. Hope it stays put until then.
You will get used to the glasses, LP. I wouldn't want dark ones either .. I know you can refuse them, but perhaps too late now??
How can you exist without a dryer? Did it break?
Please, no walking on slippery rocks!
Sorry .. I sound like my mom....
Hiker .. I hope the symptoms will go away very soon!
AK .. I'm so glad you were able to come back home. How is your mom feeling?
Made the trip to the city. Got my bloodwork done, etc. Had a great salad and some ice cream.
KAM made it to the place to get her new service dog!!!
She said the other day that she was going to buy a 3M respirator mask (YAY!) .. and I told her to get some Xyzal and Pepcid. I explained about taking an H1 and an H2 each day .. or twice a day.
She tried it yesterday and said it was the first time she's been able to breathe through her nose!
I was going to send her some, but will wait until she gets back. I was going to send her a note and some meds last week, but I didn't know she was leaving so soon.
So I explained in an email and she was able to get the meds locally. I just KNOW that her past episodes were all due to MCAS. I wish we'd all known this stuff a LONG time ago.
When she had that episode a month or so ago, I was finally convinced it was MCAS and she simply was not on the right meds.
I hope she can make it through training. It's going to be tough. So many hurdles!!
PS .. LP .. that's cute about Etta. I hope you didn't get a headache from her barking! You are lucky she is tiny!

I still have dryer and it works but sometimes it gets the sweet smelling toxin in it and I don't want to decontaminated clothes
The rocks weren't slippery....is be out to sea if they were. I just can't walk on uneven ground...my knees and ankles give way. If it happened I would have fallen to ground and not been able to get up. But I wouldn't have fallen in ocean
Hiker I hate that withdrawal stuff
Mine has mostly been off opioid after surgery. Its the restless legs and other body jerks I hate.
I still get some very mild since I stopped gabapentin
I find extra magnesium helps...esp the calm drink. And for the opioid there was a combo of herbs that helped. I think tyrosine was one. I can look it up if you want me too. I hope its over for you soon

Friday at last.
Came home right after work as the gas company is supposed to show up to switch out my nonfunctioning meter and then relight the water heater and furnace.
They are to come between 4 and 8. Bet they don't get here until after it is dark. My other choice was to miss school and their window of wait time was 8 A.M.-4 P.M. Simply ridiculous.
So, I am not going to walk on this beautiful sunny day as I need to be here.
I feel much better today than yesterday and am glad I decided to go off the nanozeolite. Just using some homeopathic detox as I think some aluminum is moving out.
Have a good evening.

It has silica, hiker. Supposed to help remove aluminum. How many more Fridays??
kayak .. I was wondering if the storms had hit you yet. I hadn't heard you say anything about them. Remember, that tree can fall the OTHER direction.
I was surprised to find that my short straight hair was "OK." .. That said, my husband asked me to grow it out. He doesn't like my hair that short.
So I've gone 2 1/2 months now with only trimming being done. So far, he likes it. I liked it better at 2 months than now. Hoping to go for a page boy. Not sure I will make it that far!!
PS .. Don't even attempt a perm! I have to schedule my haircuts away from any chemicals my hairstylist is doing at her shop. The smell is scary.

Well. I feel like less of a slug. Took the threat of an old fashioned north Easter I guess
Yesterday I dusted and vacuumed my bedroom. Cleaned 2 air cleaners. I put the monster size one in there for 2 hours...then put the normal one back...but its all clean
I put some laundry away and soaked and washed some more
Also talked with son I have been worried about. He seems to continue to do well. He's working with 3 d printer in NYC
His most recent project was making a chandelier for 'm fair lady' on broad way. I think that's pretty cool
He said in the spring he would help me get down to nj to see grand kids
So...today I started out by stewing blueberries. Then made 2 egg casseroles. That's 16 breakfasts! And they freeze well
Cleaned up kitchen and had to sit...back has been hurting

No...that tree is leaning this way...
Oh Wierd...post above this is what I thought I lost...
I just watched news and they said waves were 30 feet
Out of state ppl are coming to watch waves and cause problems
Many rescues cuz they don't listen and stay away
I Maine a few yrs ago a rogue wave took a little girl who was standing with her family on a cliff and dragged her in
The waves puck up rocks and shells that can kill a person
The warnings are all over radio and tv...but ppl don't listen
I never did anything else as far as housework or cooking....but talking to 2 kids in 2 days was a big deal. I don't get to talk to them much

I must be losing it! Thought I posted when we got back from Atlanta. Mom's procedure went better than expected. She did have quite a bit of bleeding from the catheter site after we got home. I was getting her meds and dropping off her BFF so thank God Josh stayed with her and was able to help her.
She's doing really well and worked on her crafts most of the afternoon. No nausea or pain to speak of.
Glad to hear everyone is doing OK. I
Oh almost forgot, ab and leg DVDs and that's all for exercise today.
Night gang!

Ak never posted. I hope her mom is ok.
Oh...earlier today there was an ambulance across the street. An elderly man fell down his cellar stairs and was there for 24 hrs
I had noticed his outside lights were on all not and that was Wierd...but he's been very grouchy to me so I didn't check on him
He's alive but in hospital...might have hurt kidneys
His kids exchanged phone numbers with the neighbor who gets me food
Its scary...but I do try to be careful. And smart. Stuff is gonna happen...
Well...hope I can sleep. And hope I keep doing stuff tomorrow
And I hope its still sunny and hiker gets her walk!

Ak--Your mom is one tough cookie. Hope the side effects stay away.
LP--Poor neighbor. I have gotten so I carry my cell phone in my pocket when I go up and down stairs.
Tutu--I have to sit outside the hair salon until the stylist is ready for me. All the fumes are enough to gag me.
I have 51 school days left. So, I think that is 10 Fridays. But I probably shouldn't count as that makes it seem longer.
It was sunny today and I got in a 20 minute walk.
Ran errands, cooked, and then went to sit at church for some serenity time.

LP .. Sometimes posts don't show up right away. I don't know if it's due to the fact that you are using a phone, or what, but it's happened to me.
I can come here and see posts in one order (say on my computer) and come back later and they are switched around. Very weird.
Leaning in your direction .. not good.
Very happy you got to talk to your kids. Makes life easier.
AK .. I think it's because you texted us about your mom. That's amazing that she is doing so well. Scary about the port though! eek
Hiker .. The time will fly by until that last month when the kids are nuts! When is your spring break?
We had choir rehearsal this morning, then a meeting of the worship and music committee. Had to discuss a few unpleasant things, but all is OK. It's funny how the same issues come up .. a few years in the cycle, but there they are again!
The weather is amazing today .. sunny and 64 .. daffodils are beginning to peek their heads out and the pear trees are getting buds on them.

Tutu--Spring break is last week in March and we also get Easter Monday off. Then it will seem like a long haul until the end of May.
Noticed a large branch off of pine tree from church fell into my yard. Guess I can either slide it into their yard or drag it to my front yard. Leaning to sliding it back into their yard.
I have a small fence at the edge and it is leaning on that. But don't think it is damaged.
Way too early for spring, but I have bulbs coming up, too.

Saturday-Ab and leg DVDs then hit the Y for 30 minutes on the treadmill. Talked with a nice looking man out in the parking lot for at least 30 minutes. It was a nice experience but made me realize I'm not ready to date. I kept thinking that he was probably a weirdo etc. and didn't trust him and towards the end I initiated the end of our conversation.
Sigh......
On a brighter note my Mom is feeling more fatigue today but still doing pretty good. No pain or nausea thank God!
Went to my support group meeting but didn't stay for church.
Kayak-Sad about your neighbor. My Mom has a wrist help button that signals our alarm company. I just need to remember to put it on her when I leave.
Hiker-Kudos on the walk today. Those 51 days will fly by! You can do it!
TuTu-Thanks for straightening out my dilemma. Guess I was more tired than I thought. Couldn't remember how I contacted everyone. I'm tired now and am going to have to call it a day!
Night gang!
