My son just had a Western Blot and we are waiting for the results. He had his tick bite about 4 years ago. His symptoms started shorty after that he just didn't know the connection. What test(s) are best to determine if one has Lyme after having been bitten several years back? thank you!

If your son had Lyme test done by a primary doc and it was done at a lab like Quest or Labcorp, it's very important to get a copy of the complete test results from the doctor.
A doctor that isn't Lyme literate will read what the CDC says on the report and could determine that the test is negative. Little do they know..
That is not the gospel. Some folks only have 1 or 2 bands positive. With those positive bands and history of symptoms a clinical diagnose of Lyme can be made by a medical doctor that is Lyme literate, aka LLMD.
I agree Igenex is most likely still the most accurate. But the testing of Lyme & co-infections(it's always more than just Lyme) is not 100%.
