This was sent to me by Karen. I do not regularly follow Rawls. The writer is good and knows her subject. Also some nice quotes by experts.
I would shorten that link with tiny url, but read that it has been hacked. Anyone else know about that?

- Ann, Thanks. Sounds good.
As for the link, it does not make the thread "go wide" so I'd say it's best to use / keep the original link. So often, "tiny urls" don't last very long and when I look back for that, they are just "gone"
It's the very long links that stretch the thread over the entire page width that are so annoying and make the thread hard to read. Glad this one does not, though. -

- Ah - hah! I found a shorter link / URL to the same original article at the same website:
The trick that I've used with New York Times' articles for a long time works here, too. NYT article links are often so very long and - I suspect - link somehow to my computer. I often wonder if it gives away any of my personal stuff to those who know about all this.
I do not have a NYT subscription but when I just go right to their site to browse, articles always have the longer links.
So, when I want to share a NYT article, I copy the exact headline and paste in an Advanced Google Search - or enclose the headline in quotation marks.
The specific NYT link that shows up from such a search is always much shorter and to the point. I don't have to worry about any fingerprints to my personal computer.
Glad to know it works in other cases, too. -

Thanks, Keebler. The article is a bit long, but it covers a lot with some good tips etc. Keep scrolling down to get it all.
I know I went through depression and panic attacks, but got past all that as I recovered.

I would suggest that following Dr Rawls is a ton of great information. He is a doc that has been there done that with Lyme & co.
His presence in the Lyme world is much appreciated because he puts his herbal treatment plan out there. He also has two ladies (one Lyme) that do phone consults for $99 hour.
They can help you with you herbal questions and journey.

I am not a fan of the business he is running. I think his two "ladies" must actually be sales people. I don't know any Lyme patients who can afford $99 phone consults.
