i don't know if i have ever posted here. i am desperate tho. i have been trying to close on a house. it was postponed i think 4 times. once cuz of weather and then because of sellers health. there were some problems with underwriter errors that were fixed.

but i am down to the last day of the contract. i haven't seen the HUD. i can't contact my mortgage guy to explain it to me. and i really don't know if i am bound to this P and S Agreement or not.

my daughter has been helping and late today she said i really need a lawyer-and not to go to the closing without one. but how do you find one on the weekend???

i have been packed and ready to do this for two weeks. the sellers have been sick and refused to communicate for the past 3 days until late friday...so now it is all rush, rush and i cant' talk to who i need to.

so-if anyone knows anyone who might be able to help me by talking to me please let me know.
