Just wondering, I"m always on the lookout for healthy gluten free recipes especially if it doesn't cost too much to make! Thought it might be easier to find recipes/ideas that have been posted if they are in one area~but not sure if that'd be too much work??

Put them HERE! I think it's difficult to create a new forum. Not sure if we have the capability. There are recipe threads in General Support too. Maybe you can do a search and add to it. (or them)

1 pound of elbow macaroni, cooked al dente and draining
1 28 ounce can of whole tomatoes in a watery base (not tomato sauce)
1 pound of Land O Lakes white cheese
While heating the canned tomatoes, in a large pot, drop slices of the LOL white into the pan to melt. When you get to a boiling mixture, turn the heat down or the bottom of the pan will burn. Dump the drained pasta into the tomato/cheese mixture and serve.
This is an old recipe of my mother's and LOL has cheapened it's cheese since 1950. Change the cheese to a better/different cheese and/or change the tomatoes to a prepared sauce, if you like.

Sweet & Savory Kale: This could also work for Mustard greens, turnip greens, collards. Saute in 2 Tbsp until soft 1/2 a medium onion & 3 minced cloves garlic. Mix in 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard, 1 Tbsp Sugar (I use Diabetisweet 'pretend' brown sugar, 1 Tbsp cider vinegar, 1 can chicken broth, then mix in 1 bag kale. Cook until ready (some like it more well done than others). You can dress it up by topping with 1/4 almond slices/ slivers + 1/4 dried craisins or dried cherries. This is a great recipe to share, very tasty, popular, & everyone's digestion could use a portion of greens fiber everyday, etc.
