On my home Internet whenever I post it says my IP is banned so I have to post from my phone. Any help? I have tried contacting webmaster but came back undeliverable.
Heres the message I get

LymeNet has a list of partial and full IP Addresses that belong to offenders. Since IP Addresses are constantly changing these days, innocent people get banned.
I have removed the part of your IP Address from the list that was banning you.
Please try again.
