Next page that comes up is the forum you chose

In the upper right hand will be categories saying:

Post new topic
Directory search
Forum home

Push down on post new topic

Next page will allow you to post whatever question you may have.

Cynthia, when Bonnie says to go to Home Page, I think she means for you to go to this page:

http://flash.lymenet.org/scripts/ultimatebb.cgi

which is called "Flash Discussion."

Pick "Medical Questions" for all of your medical questions.

Then, find the "Post New Topic" button near the top of the screen. It has a black oval behind the words, so it could be a little hard to find at first.
