If you have been denied reimbursement by an insurance company based out of Maryland, the Attorney General's office may be able to assist you.
It is worth a try and others in Maryland have had success by filing a report with the AG's office. Please remember that contacting the Attorney General's office can not only help you, but it helps others by bringing attention to this situation and it prompts more investigations into what is going on.
I was told by one AG office that the more complaints that are filed, the more resources there will be that are allocated to the problems associated with Lyme disease.
