I have created a poll to determine where each individual contracted Lyme disease, by state & section of state.

It is anonymous, you only need to vote which state/section of state applies to you or your loved one. You may leave a comment at the end, anonymously. If you have a loved one or friend who you know has the illness, you may vote for them.

I have included the Lyme Facts from the ILADS. You may email the link to your friends. I plan to post on other Lyme forums as well.

I've got people wanting to know my motive for the poll. My motive: I want answers!!!!!! Do you want to depend on some Government run organization for the facts? I want to hear from the people!!! So to those who are suspicious, this is my reason. Plus, I'd like to write a paper about it....
