I have an option to continue my dental insur under COBRA for 40.00/month with United Concordia.
Anyone know how easy it is to get Dental Insurance, or know of any cheaper plans?

I recently got a dental plan (relatively easy to do this). Not insurance but a dental discount that's used by a number of dentists (both that I've seen, actually).
This is different from dental insurance, bec it's a flat-out discount (once you pay the annual fee for the plan). So no extensive paperwork or provisions for pre-existing conditions.
Not sure it saves as much as dental insurance, but it's a lot less money, and the plan pays for itself in a few visits. You can see for yourself:
