Cumanda by Nutramedix.. Resveratrol, Red Root, and Boneset are some that I'm trying.. I was including Cat's Claw but found out that if you have acid reflux you shouldn't use it. It was causing some problems for me.

Desert Bio has a homeopathic series for Bart that is supposed to be good. Some practitioners have claimed good results with it.
Personally, I'm a little dubious about only herbs working for long-standing Bart, but everyone is different.
