My LLMD had me start A-Bab. He wanted me to start really slow, 1 drop 1x/day, and then work up and back off if I start having symptoms.

So, I took one drop yesterday. Had an awful night, couldn't sleep, and my internal tremors were worse. However, my symptoms do tend to come and go as it is.

Does anyone have any experience and know if I should continue taking just one drop a day for a few more days, or should I already stop for a couple of days just after one dose? I am not sure if one drop would really make that much of a difference already.

Thanks in advance:-)

I have done the abard & alyme and one drop was too much. I actually had to start with 1/8 of a drop - and I could feel that. My LLMD said they are finding these to be incredibly potent.

One drop can make a difference for some. If you feel your symptoms were intensified after taking that dose, you may want to back off for a day or so and re-start again.

Some are so sensitive that they have to put 1 drop in water, and drink only a third of the mixture. Save the rest for your next dose.

It is a good sign if you felt something from 1 drop. It means you are definitely hitting the Babs..

The Bio Resource rep said to do Pekana detox first or some type of detox first before starting BW. Then to put one drop in 8oz of water and take a small amount of that to begin with if you are sensitive. Hope this helps.

I just started A-Bab a few weeks ago. I also had a response at one drop so I stayed there for a few days then increased.

On average I tend to go up in dosage by 1 drop every 3 days or so. When I got to the 4-7 drop range, I was able to cruise up more quickly then that.

Then I hit 9 drops and wham that has knocked me on my tush. So I have taken a day off and now dropped back down to 7.

When I herxed on one drop, I did not stop. Mostly because I was really curious to see if it would continue happening at one drop- I couldn't quite believe it!!

norcal,

Are you on more than 1?
Or just A-babs?

I don't mean to hijack this thread, but my questions are the same so better to keep it here.

I just started A-Babs tonight. Started with 1 drop in water. I already feel something. Very strange. It seems impossible it could work that fast unless just anxiety. I always have some when starting new things.

I have read the Bio-Resource literature. I know it says if sensitive take 1 drop 2x daily. if very sensitive, do the 1/3 drop thing.

My question is how many of you started with 1 drop 1x per day and bumped up from there instead of 1 drop x per day (essentially 2 drops) and escalating by 2 drops every 3 days?

In other words, do you take 1 drop overall day 1-3, 2 drops overall day 4-6,etc.? The other idea would be 2 drops overall days 1-3 and 4 drops overall days 4-6 (1 drop 2x day).

It just sounds so crazy when I read the literature and how many conditions it treats. Anyone truly believe this?

Holy smokes - MAJOR head pressure 2 hrs after taking! I can't concentrate. I can't comprehend why some people get such terrible head pressure w/so many types of treatments.

I started A-Bart recently and on 1 drop I noticed something too.

But a herx never came. So I'm assuming the feeling was just my body, along with bacteria, adjusting to this new "medicine."

I've moved up fairly quick. I'm at 7 drops 2 bid

I'm finding the head pressure, headaches, sinus, and jaw pain are all attacking the neuro infection. When it subsides, I find I'm a bit better than before.. It's seems to be slow but steady progress..

That's good to hear Lulu. I can't believe the tremendous pain I'm getting in my upper shoulders, neck and jaw tonight. it certainly wasn't there before I took my one drop. It's pretty severe. Scary. I don't know what to make of this.

Seek, I think that is a good sign.. I find it targets the areas that are most problematic. Since the herxes are meant to be relieved, you may want to lower your dose a bit.

seek,

I had same reaction to A-Bart

my shoulders down to lower back were in pain.
then throw in some anxiety, insomnia, and bad neck pain and you've got yourself a herx.

I got over it quick tho (1/2 day) with the following

pekana (the big 3)
charcoal
chlorella (albeit small amounts - 4 tblts)

We use Nutramedix Burbur or Parsley as our "rescue" herbals to counter the A-Bart herxes. They work pretty quickly, although you may have to use them every 15 minutes to start with.

seekhelp, I also reacted very quickly to A-BAB. I started with one drop daily. After taking only a few drops over three days, I had a pretty intense herx which included symptoms I had not had in some time.

This product is very potent, and it can affect some people quickly.

I have not restarted it yet, but when I do it will be at a lesser dose. I was advised to take Sydetox also to help with the herx.

I'm going to hold it off for another day and then maybe start the 1/3 drop protocol. I don't have Sydetox. How much does that cost? Is it any better than Pekana's big 3 remedies? Those aren't doing me any good and weren't cheap. [Frown]

I can't believe I'm this impacted by a stupid drop of herbs seriously. I've treated Babesia though lightly for years. How could this load be here? It makes me realize I must be so much sicker than I even think.

I have Nutrimedix Parsley and Burbur. I didn't handle them the best in the past. I may try the Parsley again.

So frustrated.

I purchased some Sydetox. Hopefully this may help. $24 for a bottle. I think the Pekana drops irritate my liver some. Someone posted some excerpts from a ND stating they do in some patients. This is supposedly easier on the patient.
