Everyone is suggesting i detox while under treatment but i dont know what that is

There's a great thread in here.. search for "detox" and you should find it. There are many many ideas in that thread.
You'll find ideas that you will like and can do.

Detox is extremley important to treating lyme. It honestly is like 50 percent of the situation. half of it is killing the lyme (antibiotics) but then the other half of getting well is detoxing all the toxic waste that the dead bacteria gives off.
So therefore you need to drink half your body weight in ounces of water. you need to make sure to have at least one bowel movement a day. and have liver support. Milk Thistle is very good and convenient. thats what I take. I also drink a nice detox tea.
detoxing can make treatment ALOT more bearable. No matter what tho lyme treatment is a rocky road. but there are ways you can make it more bearable
