there are so many different opinions on protocols that doctors have for treating lyme. which doctors protocol have you found to be the most helpful? (Dr. B, Dr. K, Dr. H, etc) or what combo of protocols worked for you?

i thought that we can use the first initial of the doctors names, like Dr. D in MA for example.

I think a certain Dr. S is taboo here for some reason.

My first LLMD was a Dr. B type high dose that used the guidelines as his bible and after about 2 years of mega antibiotics, I went to Dr. J in DC.
Dr. J told me to slow down to Mon, Wed, Fri pulses of 3 high dose abx with every third week off. It has seemed to help my immune system as i used to get acutely ill after just a few days off meds and now I go for over a week. I still have some work to do but I've felt consistently better and function quite well with Dr. J's pulsed protocol.
The difference I think is some doctors do all they can to kill it...completely eradicate it from your body. Others, like Dr. J, hit it slowly while training your immune system to recognize it and eventually take over.

Oh I knew what you meant katrina, but sparkle7 mentioned a Dr. S and I wondered to which one she was referring (which city or state)?

Dr K will be going over his new protocols with other llmd's who do ndividualized treatments and deal with the underlying issues that keep lyme lingering in some. Dr. F and Dr. SM will present too!! Dr. K has helped my family tremendously. Dr. F and his lab has the new treatment for XMRV in autistic children associated with lyme lingering in them. Very interesting lab analysis now being done at his labs related to lyme, ms and autism with the scans of the venus blood flow in the neck area...where they find the specific XMRV biofilms...new protols to clear these specific biofilms that attach to heavy metals and molds...it beng announced at Dr. K's May Beyond lyme/autism/radiation poisoning seminar.
