We have found for our teenage son: lots of lemon water, epsom salt baths (hot as my son can handle it with 3c of salt), fresh carrot juice throughout the day. Milk Thistle is something our son takes every day already. It strengthens the liver.

Lots and lots of lemon water. Activated charcoal. (my favorite)
We take warm epsom salt baths with hydrogen peroxide.
Be careful with bath water being too hot as it can make you feel much worse by putting more stress on adrenals.

I tell myself over and over again" this is me getting better". I allow myself the space to feel sick, and I nurture myself with warm chicken broth, movies, and my fuzzy blankie.

My kids take daily Xymogen glutathione (if you can't get this from your LLMD, you can buy alpha-lipoic acid OTC instead). Daily milk thistle. Activated charcoal when needed (at least 2 hrs away from abx).
DD is allergic to ragweed, so can't take milk thistle. Considering inositol, which can detox the liver and also help with neuropsych/OCD symptoms (inositol is a "natural" SSRI).
Fiber and lots of water to ensure daily BMs also help with detox.
Others have told me coconut water helps. Haven't tried it.
