Hello rife friends,

Can you please respond with the longest herx you've experienced from rifing?

I rifed for 20 minutes about 9 days ago, then 5 days later rifed again because I was feeling awful and I didn't know if I was herxing or getting worse. Now it's 4 days after my last rife session and I still feel bad.

I get a bad headache about 36 hours after rifing, like clockwork, that clears in about a day. But I still have increased (other) symptoms that have not cleared.

Is it possible to still be herxing 4 to 5 days after a rife session? How long before you should assume it's no longer a herx?

Is it possible that the rifing kills some of the bacteria, so you get a more "immediate" herx within a few days, but it also weakens other bacteria and so you get a more delayed herx as your immune system or abx finishes the weakened bacteria off?

Thank you for any insight or personal experience you can provide!

V

Are you just treating Lyme, or co-infections also?

What machine are you using?

20 minutes is quite a long time unless you have been doing this for a while, and have reduced the bacteria to a minimum.

I think you are correct in that there can be an immediate response, and a delayed response also, if you have a lot of Spirochetes at the time. I am not sure what frequencies you are using, but many of them only hit Spirochete form.

I would hold off for a couple of weeks and try to detox your system. I doubt it could reproduce that quickly after a treatment, so it likely is still from die off.

Thanks Dan.

I am treating lyme, but some of the frq I use cross over to hit co's as well.

I have been rifing for about 3 months. Is that too soon to be at 20 min? I am using abx too.

I have a DT EMEM machine.

Thanks again,
V

It is surprising to me that even though you are on ABX, you still had that bad of a Herx.

From the first post, I thought it sounds more like a Bart die off. The headache aspect of it is so common with Bart. 10,000 Hz helps get rid of the head ache for some people.

I would try to isolate the specific frequency that is giving you the response, if you are using more than one.

It would seem unlikely that it is Lyme, unless you are actually killing something other than Spirochete form.

Hi VB: I can't type much, but just wanted to say that when I have a bad herx, it is not uncommon for it to last up to 1 1/2 weeks after a rife session!

When I started, a usual herx for me was about a week. So, while I can't say what is happening for you, I do feel it is possible to herx that long. Happens for me regularly [Wink]

Good luck!

VB,

Give us the symptoms you've been experiencing for past 2-3 weeks. And give us the symptoms that presented themselves during possible herx.

Often times what can happen is you go after the wrong surfaced infection.

E.g. if Bart is on surface and you rife say Lyme and babs - you can expect not only a minimal herx but a huge Bart flareup as it becomes more dominant.

So i think more important for you right now is to identify what's on surface (which usually is Bart if you have it)

Thanks so much for all of the help, I really appreciate it.

Symptoms are nerve pain and pressure in spine (gets really bad), fever, chills, thirst, carpal tunnel feeling in arms, major increase in twitching and nerve zaps (can tell it's related to spine sensations... coming from spine).

I have been treating bart with 2 abx for the past 2 months (factive and rifampin), so wouldn't expect it to be a bart herx, but I don't know.

I just fear so much that I'm getting worse. My herx symptoms are the same as the symptoms I get when I'm getting worse so it's hard to tell.

These are the frequencies I used: 432, 484, 610, 612, 690, 800, 864, 880

612 is the only one I've ever felt a true "hit" from, which is weird because I don't think that one is even listed in the CAFL for Lyme, Bart, or Babs. It's one I got from someone else's post. Sometimes I think I get a hit from 800 and 880, but not sure.

Thanks again for any insight,
V

612 Hz is not listed as a Lyme frequency, but the lower harmonic of 306 Hz is listed. I found that 612 Hz worked better with the GB-4000.

306 Hz is an original "Doug" frequency used with his Coil machine.

It is one of the more effective Lyme frequencies.

Your symptoms sound like Bart die off to me. You could be killing both Lyme and Bart, who knows? My wife had very similar nervous system symptoms. They did go away, but were scary at the time. It took two or three weeks for her to recover. She has not had that reaction since that time, even with longer treatments.

832 Hz is the main frequency I use for Bart.

Use 832 and 842 for Bart

Run them alone and for longer. (imo)

Your symptoms are no doubt Bart
