I ordered some things from them 8 days ago online. The next day got a confirmation email that said would notify me when shipped, still no notification of shipment, or reply from question regarding when it will be shipped.
Anyone have any experiences with them, good or bad? Is this normal for them?

Yes!! Excellent company. They never sent me any shipping notification, but I always got my stuff in a week or so. They ship from the West Coast. Very cheap source or Biopure products--a real godsend.
Hang in there.

Yes, I've ordered Biopure chlorella from them and had no problems with getting my order in a timely fashion.
Plus, I saved ten dollars on the same product that's offered on the Biopure website.
I wrote to them today to tell them I'm concerned about ordering more chlorella since they get their chlorella in Japan.
I expressed my concern about the radiation fall out and how that would affect their product.
A representative wrote back today and told me they have a two year supply in their warehouse and everything they have now is free from radiation and has passed their strict quality control.
Write to them again and tell them you're disappointed about the delay of your order and lack of response to your email. I am sure they'll get back to you.

I have ordered from them a number of times without problems. The products are shipped directly from BioPure in WA.
Just send them an email asking about your order at the address gwb mentioned in his post -- in my experience they have been quite prompt in responding.

The prices on one screen are different than when you add to the cart. I had not used them before, so I do not know if they changed, but would suggest you look at both prices in case you are not aware of the real price on the cart.

I'm not sure about what the price differences are but I use Forrest Health online and the prices are so-so. I buy freeze dried garlic, brand name is Bioimmersion and from what I have been told it is just as good as biopure garlic. Here is the link if you wish to look further into the company. They usually ship within 3-6 days of order. I have had a great experience with them.
