Topic: Is anyone experiencing Mepron/Malarone blues?

I have read the Mepron blues post and prior posts about depression and Mepron.
I would like a show of hands, who gets down from these types of meds? I'm also on IV Clindamycin which seems to contribute to this crazy listless depression.

It was very depressed when I started Mepron 6 months ago. I think it lasted two months but the first month was the worst. I still get bouts of it now and then. It feels like I have been hit in the stomach emotionally but it is short lived now. I also experienced more anxiety.
I was warned the Mepron herxes can be so emotional that some people have to quit for a short period of time. They seem to do better when they restart. I was able to stick with it.
It does get better. Hang in there.
