Check your intake of oxalates, especially if you are like I am a food repeater. Especially if you do smoothies, juicing, green drinks, etc. Dr. K. warned me years ago and he still brings it up at most seminars. We are creaturesof habit! My grocery list doesn't change much, and if you happen to be frequenting the wrong one, it can be a strong negative, even if it is perfect for most other people.
