I finally worked up the nerve to start LDN. I was afraid of the sleep side effect but I have taken it the last 3 nights and slept fine (I take a sleeping pill)
Today (day 3) my pain, burning, twitching and fatigue are horrible. Anyone have their symptoms increase? Does it mean LDN will not work for me or will it subside? Is this common?
How long does it take to feel the effects of LDN?
I did search LDN but haven't really found a discussion on this specific topic.
Thank you

This is normal in the beginning. Take a lower dose for the next days and weeks and slowly take more when you feel better.
You do not need a sleeping pill when you take LDN. But the first days LDN can cause sleeping problems.
There is not a set time when you feel better, different for everyone. It will be better .... maybe weeks or months.
