The minute I get up in the morning all my symptoms seem to be awful, but in the evening they back off a bit, and I mean just a bit that makes it bearable Is there some ryme and reason for this?

maybe it's your adrenals?? My mornings are always rougher than my evenings too! Sorry!

I usually feel worse in the morning...not sure why...never seem to be fully rested after 8 or more hours of sleep.

Thanks everyone. I just have such a hard time knowing I'm waking up to another rough morning. Guess there are no real answers. I was hoping someone could explain this cycling of symptoms. I tell my mother "the buggers" must go to sleep after sundown!. It gives me false hope that I'm feeling better, then bam.....I wake up to agony.

Yep me too! Hard for me to get going in the morning. And I used to be a morning person too. I would wake up w/ the sun bright eyes bushy tails ready to take on the new day. Now I'm dragging my feet! Eck!
