seems like not many are in cryptolepsis , I want to try it myself so please keep us up to date.
As for A-BART that I have tried -I feel headache only when I reached 160drops in 1/2 glass of water.Be careful I have chased bart with every other treatment and I increased it due to not feeling much in lower dosages. It cleared my vision and relefi of frontal lobe was what I felt right after the headache. So it works .I am in Pulsing mode now.Have chased them for 5 years due to relapse( surgery /car accident).

I was told it was OK to take cryptolepis with food, supplements, and antibiotics. Was only advised to take it away from probiotics.
I usually took the Byron White formulas about 5-10min before eating. Kept them in the kitchen so that I would see them and remember.
If my med/supplement schedule gets too complicated then I tend to forget to take what I need. If I don't take them they won't help!

I took it with my abx and a few other supplements but away from my probiotics. So I think it would be ok but that is just my experience.

Thank you all for your responses.....I guess it seems that there is no definite way to take cryptolepis.....I will follow the advice of LLMD to space it an hour from meds etc. and see how that works.
If anyone else has heard another way to take it from their LLMD please chime in.
