Does anyone know which is the best gallbladder flush to do? There seem to be a lot of complicated recipes out there but I need one for gallblader/gallstones specifically and preferably not too terribly complicated. Has anyone had success with the gallbladder flushes and/or liver flushes? Thank you, thank you, thank you! Aloha

I've done the lemon juice and olive oil flush for gall bladder. Worked for me!

Instead of drinking it though, I was a sissy and put it on a salad as a dressing.

I am in the process of doing these. I think the Andreas Moritz book on this topic is an excellent resource on how to do this.

I always prefer support over a "flush"

Rhubarb is excellent in a gallbladder support formula.

I'm doing one today. Following the 14 day Life Food nutritional fast. I feel good!

You can read about the recipes on my blog.
Mylymechronicle.wordpress.com

I'm not selling anything, nor do I profit from anyone buying that book. I have the book, I was feeling crappy, so I decided to go for it. It's been six days and I'm feeling better.

Yes, better! Even with the full moon, lunar eclipse, and my period on the way! Woohoo!
