Yes. I took it after I left my moldy house. It helped me a lot.
If you are taking it, but you are still around mold, you will not feel any improvement.

Didn't help me at all. I was on it for close to 2 years. No difference with it or without it.

I took it for mycotoxin/mold exposure and overall I did not find it to be much helpful. Actually, in the long run it seemed to make me feel worse.
