Member # 20119
Are there any herbals that treat lyme as effectively as minocyclin?

If minocycline is working for you, great. Still, it needs to be in combination & rotation with other Rx that will also address they cyst form / biofilm of lyme.
Mino can be rather hard for some folks' ears and their balance. But, again, if it's working well for you, as long as you stick with good liver support, you may have better success than with herbals.
I could not tolerate minocycline so it's not worked well for me, at all. Allicin and Andrographis each were much better for me during the time I was on them (independently of each other).
For an overview of various avenues:
How to find an ILADS-educated LL:

D.Ay. (Doctor of Ayurvedic Medicine);
D.O.M. (Doctor of Oriental Medicine);
Holistic M.D., etc.
Links to many articles and books by holistic-minded LL doctors of various degrees who all have this basic approach in common:
Understanding of the importance of addressing the infection(s) fully head-on with specific measures;
Knowing that support supplements are important, but NEVER enough alone. And knowing which supplements have direct impact, which are only support and which are both.
You can compare and contrast many approaches.
