Not diagnosed with Lyme. If u read my previous post you'll get background. I've noticed that the week before I get my period my symptoms are much worse.
Is that something women with Lyme experience? If anyone thinks it sounds as if I don't have it feel free to say it.
I've been prescribed antivert and migranes meds and they don't seem to be helping. Makes me more tired.
I feel like no one close to me even begins to understand.
The second I get emotional or stressed the pressure around my head is severe.
Just looking for some answers. Not in the financial position to pay out of pocket.

Yes, it does, and woe to me when the lyme's fourth week of the lyme cycle coincides (my cycle became irregular sometimes as little as 20 days and as much as 35). When it coincides, I go to bed for about 4 days and don't even bother trying to fight it.

Yes, my symptoms get a lot worse. I also either don't get mine for several months or have been getting a 24 hour period the past few months. Crazy.

Always 7 days before my period started, I would wake up ultra dizzy, rapid heart rate, joint pain, basically knocked flat. I would end up skipping my antibiotics for 2 days, as this was a typical 28 day herx, and it would clear up after 48 hours. And then 5 days later get hit again.
This went on throughout my treatment, but over time each monthly cycle was less severe, eventually just a little annoyance, and then finally disappearing completely after about 9 months.
A regular doctor will have no idea what to do with you.
You can spends months or years bouncing from specialist to specialist that accepts your insurance, and all you will get for your trouble is a reduced bank account from co-pays and underpayments, and sicker for going so long without treatment.
Please don't do what I did and waste precious time.

Me too! The first few days, I am exhausted and have more pain, and GI issues galore, then a few days after that I get back to "normal".
