My boys and I have tried several products for boosting the immune system and now I sort of understand I need immune modulators, I'm wondering what works the best. They all seem to be expensive so I want to make sure I am taking something that works. I get to buy for 3 so it is a huge committment financially.

We have tried NTFactor, BRM4 and EPicore.

Can you share what works for you and why you think it is good?

Also, if anyone can recommend the cheapest place to purchase, that would be great.

Because they made you feel better or is this a theoretical thought?

I think too immune modulators could be a big help, but the ones i tried didnt help me too much so far:
Vitamin d (cheap), gcsf (expensive), sibirian ginseng/eleuteros (cheap), colostrum (not too expensive), cimetidin (dont know the price).

Moducare did nothing.

LDN made me sicker.

I get benefits from antihistamines and Singulair.

Japanese Knotweed put me in the hospital.

Bromelain did nothing.

Nettles helps with joint pain but not allergies.

FenuThyme helps sinus congestion.

Vitamin C makes me sicker.

Haven't tried Turmeric yet...need to...

I am specifically looking to increase killer T cells.

I have read lots of information at Researched Nutritionals and the work of Garth Nicholson.

BRM4 is supposed to raise CD57 score by increasing killer T cells which in return goes out and fights infection and boosts the immune system.
