Hi All:

I have begun taking Sida Acuta because of some info. here

and I need to know what you do after the first month. What

read was 1 tsp 3 x a day for first two weeks and then 1/2

teaspoon for the other two weeks. Does anyone know what

Bruhner suggests after that?

It really is all individual

Buhner suggests 1/4-1 tsp 3-4x per day

The larger doses for a month or 2
And smaller doses longterm
