I would like to hear personal experiences of others using bentonite clay . Did you feel worse at first ? Or did you feel nothing ?

I am feeling noticeably worse . Maybe that is good . What were your symptoms?

I am taking one tablespoon daily and drinking lots of liquid .

I didn't notice any ill feeling from it

I mixed it with a spoonful of Metamucil (unflavored) and chased with lots of water

a tablespoon of clay seems like an awful lot though

manybites by reacted to everything do you mean feeling toxic, nauseous, icepick headache, super sick feeling following a bentonite bath or drink, sometimes for days after?

If so-was it due to chemical toxcicity or Heavy Metals or ?? and did it get better the more you used the clay or did you avoid using clay because of your reactions?

annxyzz- to answer your question about peoples experiences with bentonite clay. I feel all of the above horrendously after a bentonite clay bath. Even if I just try a B clay foot bath I get so sick. I have not tried it internally I'm too afraid to try it.

Just make sure your regular. If one has slow transit time, I'd avoid it. It plugged me up for days on end.

I take Great Plains brand in a liquid form from Amamzon. It is almost TASTELESS . Easy to take .

It is supposed to bind to herbicides , pesticides , heavy metals and even drugs. You can not take meds w/ 2 hours of taking it . I take it once daily .

I am also taking a new glutathione booster and liver detox ( NOW brand from amazon ) with good reviews . Frankly , it is POTENT. I can only tolerate 2 capsules daily , rather than 3 . I had a severe herx reaction to it , which is good I suppose . So far , detoxing feels BAD! But , I am hoping the long term results will be worthwhile.

This clay I have is easy to take and you can start with a teaspoon instead of a tablespoon .

After reading articles about fire retardents n water and meds in the water supply , and pesticides everywhere , I think I will take this off and on forever . It is a miracle that all humans are not full of cancer with our environment ( like benzene and mercury in fish and water ) .

You can read about it at Pubmed - it even absorbs RADIATION , and many different toxins, metals, and pesticides .

I have no problem with constipaption as I drink a lot of water . It is amazing that aa product can bind to so many things . It was used in a nuclear meltdown in Japan .
