Do LLMDs have you take the nystatin/diflucan with your other abxs or at a different time of day?

I think you CAN take them at the same time. I did that very very often, but I also tried to space them if I could.

They are killing yeast and the abx are killing keets!

I took them together (pharmacist said it was okay).

You can take them together, but be careful. I have found that diflucan especially will make me nauseous, so too close to an also-nauseating med can make me very ill. Also, I can't have recently had anything even a little sugary before taking either one--makes me really ill though I don't know why.

It took 20 years to find out I'm not crazy.
New bite in 2010 pushed my body over the edge. Positive for lyme, babs, bart, and myco.
I am not a doctor and happily offer only my own opinions.

I am on IV abx. Should diflucan be taken away from supplements? Better to take in the morning, afternoon or evening?
