It is a very good product, start with 3 pellets. Anti bacterial, antiviral and anti parasitic.

I took it but it caused me alot of gut issues (probably because it WAS killing something.... was only able to tolerate 2-3 pellets... I think it is good product though...
These are the pathogens Lauricidin is supposed to target:
Others if used concurrently with a chelator Yeasts. Fungi and Molds Aspergillus niger Penicillium citrinum Candida utilis and C. albicans Saccharomyces cerevisiae Several species of Ringworm

I didn't find that it did much for me that I noticed. There are less expensive brands... The coconut oil is good but the monolaurin is more concentrated in the pills or pellets.
Accoring to what I read - it does alot of good things but I didn't actually feel different when I took it.

I had mild herxing with olive leaf . I have not found it a lyme killer ( personally ) but usually very very effectie with viral infections , colds, or costochondritis . I take it with goldenseal when I get a secondary infection , esp viral and it knocks it out fast usually . I always keep it on hand . My grown daughters swear bu OLE and goldenseal also .

You know olive leaf has helped me with Lyme.
Before I could afford to go to a LLMD, I was using herbs only to treat Lyme.
I have been bitten four times (Lyme each time).
Three of the four bites kept festuring at the bite site with the rash reappearing, widening and spreading.
Whenever I used olive leaf several times a day, the rashes would shrink (as if the spirochetes were going back to the bite site), and then fade.
This process happened so many times, that I know it was the olive leaf.

Since citrates/citric acid looks to impact biofilms...combining the 2...Lauricidin with something like the citic acid in limes/lemons may work in synergy.
Those gals who keep getting bit...consider wearing good old "Lily of the valley" cologne.
It repels ticks. Honest. Pubmed linked a long time ago.

That is interesting about the Lily of the Valley.
But would that cologne attract bees. I am allergic to bee stings.
Still, Lily of the valley sounds a lot better than Deet.

I didn't herx from monolaurin or olive leaf. I think they are anti-viral - so, you may not herx as a reaction. I don't kow if people herx from killing viruses.
I'm not sure if they have an effect on other pathogens.
I started taking modified citrus pectin. Maybe it would be synergistic with monolaurin? I don't know... Citrus pectin is supposed to help eliminate heavy metals.
Most of us are exposed to a bunch of different pathogens every day - so, it's probably not a bad idea to take some of these natural anti-virals.
I'm taking Raintree A-P - I think some of the herbs in it are anti-viral, too. I've been taking it for about a month & it seems like a good product. Definitely feeling herx-y.
