I like posting updates from time to time so new people can see my progress.

I stopped abx 4 weeks ago to give my gut a break. I was pretty much sx free since last fall other than mild nerve pain but my doc wanted to treat until all sx where gone.

I never really "herx" which any of the new abx he was giving me (since last summer '11) but I do recall having more pain when I took biofirm buster this spring. This let me to believe that maybe I just needed to let my body detox...

I know the detox subject is still up for debate but I was never good about keeping a good diet or even drinking water for that matter. My gut was also a mess so I needed a break. Here is what happened:

1. The day I stopped abx I actually had some pain and ear fullness but I stopped abx anyway cause y gut needed it.

2. A few days later ear was fine and the pain was minimal.

3.After a week I started HUMANWORM. I have not seen any long worms but possibly small one (not really sure). Belly feel better and flatter.

4. Pain is better almost no nerve pain at all.

5. Had a bout with "heart skips or adrenaline rushes" but I think it was due to not drinking enough water when I took HUMAWORM and my gut / esophagus got irritated.

In all I am feeling ok but not great. Today I have a bit of ear fullness or light headache. It could be an irritated nerve. I am a bit sore after working out for the first time in a while yesterday.

I want to wait to finish the HUMAWORM and then take a week or 2 of just detoxing with Chlorella and lots of water and lemon water as well. I am going to try to stick with workout more often took to help detox the body.

I am keeping a close watch but I think I am over thinking it was well....
