Top of your head, side of your eye, under your eye, chin, center of throat, midsection under arm, side of hand under thumb. That and deep breathing exercise helped.

I used different places than Lyme In Putnam mentions ... some are the same ...

The manual I used is no longer free, but Mercola has this video that shows how to do it. http://eft.mercola.com/

You might want to do the MFT (Mental Field Therapy) points as suggested by Dr. K and others.

Here is a link to a PDF with diagrams:

http://www.drdarvish.com/pdfs/patient-handouts/Tapping-Handout.pdf

I find it most useful to tap immediately after taking meds/supplements and also sometimes to help open regulation (if doing energetic testing)

I had a MFT (Mental Field Therapy) session along with APN - (Applied Psycho-Neurobiology) which I had posted in my April, May and June entries in my blog.

Both treatments are very powerful. But I feel it was necessary for me to be shown what to do. The APN identified and released the psycho-emotional conflict.

Dr.K teaches that "The unresolved psycho-emotional conflicts are the most common cause of illness, chronic pain, accidents, problems with people.

Unresolved conflicts create significant bioelectrical disturbances in conflict specific areas of the brain, producing abnormal neuropeptides and abnormal electrical currents which reach the hypothalamus, sending out stress signals which create dysfunctions in related organs.

APN is designed to identify the unresolved psycho-emotional conflict and uncouple the unresolved conflict from the nervous system, thereby diffusing the source of chronic illness."

MFT on the acupuncture points with affirmations encourages the energy flow. You must look into a mirror(or face someone else) to acknowledge what you're doing.

MFT works - you must use all fingers on the points...the Mercola video is great!

Say the affirmations that resonate with you and believe in what you're saying.

See if you can get to a Dr. K practitioner and do the APN - it is worth it.

I used it on certain events that I never could let go of. I'd use it on specific events, not just "this person upsets me" but "this person upset me that time ...." As I did each event, I could let go of it, and now that abusive person doesn't have quite the grip on me he used to have. I could let go of a lot.
