Lymetoo, do nightshade vegetables cause pain symptoms for you? How long does the pain last? A day or two after you eat the vegetable?
I'm curious about this. I like these vegetables but I'd give them up in a heartbeat it they were causing me pain. I don't eat them every day or even always every week so I wonder if it is possibly a problem for me.
How long do you give it up before you see improvements in pain?
Thanks!

You really need to stay off of them for 6 wks for you to be able to see a big difference.
But that said, I can tell the difference in my pain levels within a few hours after ingesting tomatoes, peanuts, or white potatoes. If not a few hours, then by the next day.
Eliminate all of them for awhile, then eat a baked potato and see what happens.
