My LLMD decided to mix up my abx cocktail with two I have never taken, Zith and Flagyl. I start out on the Zith and wait two weeks to start the Amox. The Flagyl gets pulsed afterward of three days on and four off.

My question was has anyone taken this combination and what was your reactions/results?

I took Zith, Flagyl, & Ceftin for 8 months. It gave me diarhrea & a black tongue, but other than that, it didn't bother me. It also didn't make me feel any better. I've had Lyme for about 14 years & didn't know that's what was wrong w/ me until Feb 2011 when I was diagnosed by IGenex IgM positive 7 bands, & positive PCR test for the Bb DNA.
