This happens to me too. Not sure why but I also have sinus issues on that side and think it's connected. Do you have sinus issues on that side?

My eyes also do this off and on. Especially if I am outside.

Google: What causes eyes to water.
There are several explanations. Among them are conjuctivitis and dry eyes. I used to have this also. Goes away with tx.

My eye will tear if my C1 vertebra is out of place - then the chiropractor puts it back in place and no more eye tearing...
