Within a few month's time I've seen two LLMD and am getting ready for an appt. to see another. The two doctors, Dr. C in MO and Dr. K in CO, who I have already seen have different opinions about my health and treatment. I'm sure my appt. next week with Dr. N in CO will also result in a different opinion and treatment plan. I just don't know who to believe or what I should do. If anyone has seen Dr. K and/or Dr. N in CO, please send me a PM so I can know how you're doing and what your experience has been like. I already waisted six years with one doctor who really didn't help much, so I don't want to repeat the same mistake.

Well it's really not a one size fixes all illness. Just because one LLMD protocol works for some patients doesn't mean it will work for you.

The saying "one man's medicine is another man's poison" is also true with lyme & co. Nobody can tell you that this abx or that abx is going to cure you. You need to have more to do with your tx protocol than what any LLMD can tell you to do.

After 6 years wasted tx, maybe you should look at some alternative methods. All opinions are going to vary from doc to doc. They don't have a known cure, all they each have is their best.

Yes, you're right Pam. I was hoping that someone had already gone down the same path I have in regard to seeing Dr. K in CO and Dr. C. in MO, so I could use that experience to help guide me in making the right and best informed decision. I'll see what Dr. N in CO says next week and then analyze all three before making a choice. I've tried only alternative methods until now and am ready to try the antibiotics. One doctor recommends them and the other says the antibiotic protocol prescribed is too powerful for me to handle. I'm currently taking the first of seven kinds of antibiotics prescribed by the first doctor and doing okay, so Dr. K said to stay on them but hold off on trying the others.

Dr C and Dr K,two of the best LLMD,s in the country.

C.P. states:These two Dr,s I have already seen that have different opinions about my health and my treatment.I'll see what Dr N says next week and then analyze all three before making a choice.

Hmmm, let me see.Should I trust good sound scientific evidence about Lyme, or should I trust a LLMD,s clinical diagnoses.Gee, that's a tough one.
