Need to get fats internally - fish oil, vegetable oils, saturated fats (butter or ghee is good, unless allergic to milk).
Vitamin C, Vitamin A, Vitamin D, Vitamin E and Zinc are needed for healthy skin in addition to the fats.
MSM/sulfur is also important for healthy skin.
Sufficient hydration is also very important, and so is adequate protein intake.
Bath soaks in chlorine-free water is best. Epsom Salts or bath salts are good too.
After every shower/bath, always just pat yourself dry, then apply moisturizing lotion or cream to your body while your skin is still damp. The cream/lotion will help to hold in the moisture from the bath/shower.
If you live in an area of the country with very low relative humidity, a humidifier may also help.
