My homeopath recommends the same product. - in fact every time I've been exposed to anything recently, cold or flu, this product Zyto tests as being a good product to fight it off.

- Tammy,
Merci Beaucoup!
Aside from that, LDM-100 Lomatium tincture is very good to have on hand. Take away from any homeopathic, though. At least an hour, a couple hours probably best.
Not all Lomatium tinctures are as good as the LDM-100, though (in my experience, anyway). -

Keebler - is the LDM-100 Lomatium used as a preventative or when one has the flu (or both)?
Is it available at health food stores?

- Good question and I over looked that.
It could be both but I keep it as a stand by and if I get a hint of a cold or flu, start it then.
It has always stopped any nastiness in their tracks for me - or lessened symptoms especially in the lungs.
Still, it does have a purpose as full time helper you'd just want to study up on that. There have been past threads but I don't think I've got a links set together on it.
Don't know if you can get it at a store. Call your area ones and ask. BARLOW HERBS is my connection for that. Different sizes - different prices. This is the LARGE:

- I suggest printing this out, and saving the full text to your computer desktop AND making a copy disc for future reference in case this link might not connect in the future.
As you can see, though, it's very complex and that's why it's best to have ND guidance.
