Hello, Sore throat and lymph node problem which were kicked up on LDN, now staying active. Who has addressed viral issues successfully? With what? Lysine/monolaurin don't seem to do much. IV Vit C does but too hard to administer.

My EBV test keeps coming back IGM pos. It's been that way for a while, but we are going to treat with Valtrex to see if it's contributing to my CFS.
Hopeful, I guess.

Homeopathy:
Gelsemium, Influenzinum, Oscillococcinum, etc. may help.
Essential oils:
Melissa is the strongest antiviral oil, followed by Peppermint.
Herbs:
Elderberry, Olive Leaf Extract, Garlic, Andrographis, etc.
L-Lysine - may not be taking high enough dose...I've taken as much as 3000mg in a day...on an empty stomach (works best theraputically that way).
Might also need to consult a Naturopathic or Integrative Physician...preferrably Lyme-Literate...

I have read some testimonials which say that people did not make progress until VIruses were addressed, I know I have those whereas I am not convinced I have parasites.
What are the drug anti virals which work?
